About Fiberline's recruiting process

All our job vacancies are advertised here on Fiberline's own website, via LinkedIn and Facebook. If you wish to apply for a job, you must submit your application via our recruitment system here on the website. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

The recruitment process at Fiberline is designed to ensure:

- that you obtain insight into Fiberline as a company

- that you have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself

- that you become acquainted with the job framework and opportunities

- that both parties have the opportunity to assess whether the match is right between you, the job and Fiberline.

If we believe the match is right we will ask your permission to obtain references from your previous employers, and also ask you to take one or more tests, for example a personality type test and skills test, that will be used as a starting point for the further dialogue. In addition, both parties will have the opportunity during the process to clarify any points of doubt and to align expectations concerning pay and employment conditions. You will also be given a tour of our factory in Middelfart.

If we decide to offer you the job, we will review the specific conditions of employment relating to the job and make an agreement with you concerning employment.

If we consider you are not the right person for the job, you will be notified as soon as possible.
