Fiberline is today one of the world's leading manufacturer of GRP profiles. Since its establishment in 1979 the company has played a major role in pioneering the spread of GRP to new fields.

Based on an extensive R&D programme, Fiberline has contributed new knowledge and know-how relating to materials development, production methods and applications.

Over the years the company has participated in numerous development projects in partnership with customers, engineering firms, universities and technical colleges.

Technical acvices and knowledge partnerships

Fiberline’s R&D department gathers and disseminates advanced knowledge relating to GRP composites, their properties and applications. This knowledge is utilized in the ongoing optimization of Fiberline’s own production process.

Through our knowledge and experience we can offer our customers “knowledge partnerships” in which we not only supply materials but also:

  • Advise on choice of materials and solutions
  • Assist in developing special profiles based on geometries and material properties determined by the customer’s specific requirements
  • Assist in development processes relating to materials, processes and applications

Fiberline’s R&D department is staffed by highly trained experts in composite mechanics and polymer chemistry supported by technical personnel with in-depth knowledge and experience of the pultrusion process.
