Corrosion-free profiles make good financial sense
Fibreglass profiles from Fiberline are corrosion-free and make for a cost-effective alternative to concrete, timber, steel or aluminium. Minimal maintenance
Our fibreglass composite profiles or beams require no or only minimal maintenance. This results in lower costs over the lifetime of the product. Fiberline’s composite beams and profiles are extremely durable, even in harsh weather conditions and when exposed to corrosive conditions. Usually, they do not require any additional coating following production.
Fibreglass profiles = only a quarter of the density
Our fibreglass profiles will give you the same great strength as steel, but at only a quarter of the density. This allows great weight savings with the GFRP components which creates a lighter design, resulting in a lower total weight for the finished solution. As a general rule, this will result in savings on the installation costs in terms of special machinery, personnel and assembly time, which can affect other operations.
Widely used
The large number of standard geometries that we offer, such as U-profiles, I-profiles and square tubes, are widely used in a great many industries and sectors. Among other things, our profiles are currently used in offshore installations, in the railway sector, and for swimming pools, wastewater treatment plants, cooling towers and infrastructure.
Electrical insulation = less complicated earthing
Our fibreglass profiles provide electrical insulation and make earthing less difficult. This is an advantage that saves on both personnel and working time. This means that the overall cost of the project is often cheaper, even if the fibreglass material itself is initially more expensive. The earthing systems will only need to be subsequently inspected and serviced to a limited extent.

Among other things, CE marking on our fibreglass profiles means that both internal and external, the properties of our profiles are being constantly monitored and tested and that we can ensure traceability from raw materials through to our customers' end products.
Pultrusion ensures high quality
One of Fiberline’s distinguishing features is our production process, which is called pultrusion. This process involves pulling fibres through an enclosed tool where they acquire their very special properties. Easy to work with
