When it comes to potential applications for HD Plank, only the imagination sets the limit. Pedestrian bridges, walkways, parking areas, stairs, cladding and covers are just some of the many possibilities.
High strength and low weight
With our composite planks you get a cost-effective alternative to similar planks, covers and bridge deckings. The planks are ideal for reducing the weight of the final solution without compromising on strength requirements. With Fiberline's fiberglass, you get the same high strength as steel but only ¼ of the density.
Easy machining and fitting of planks
It is easy to mount the planks and adjust them on site. Machining and fitting of fiberglass-reinforced planks is very similar to working with hard wood. If the planks are to be used for a bridge, the bridge can usually be assembled under controlled conditions, eg in your warehouse, and lifted into place at the installation site due to the low weight.
