The lake water, with its corrosive effect, was the reason the floating dock, previously clad in wood, was upgraded to corrosion-resistant fiberglass profiles and grates. The previous floating dock was made of steel clad with wooden planks, which had been damaged by the water, posing a safety risk to visitors at the harbor.

The load-carrying construction was made with profiles from our construction programme:

• U-profiles carbon fibre reinforced
