Our quality assurance system covers all stages of our production process, from orders and raw materials to the end product when it reaches the customer. In this way, we can constantly ensure that all of our products are of high quality every time you do business with us. Here you can review how we manage quality at Fiberline.
At Fiberline, quality is not only part of our strategy, but an important part of our everyday work, because we strive for high quality right down to the tiniest detail, throughout the entire production process and for every single product.
We take a systematic approach to our quality work. Among other things, this means that our processes comply with ISO 9001 and that we are one of the only companies in the industry that can display the CE marking on our structural profiles. Our CE marking is ensured through an external audit twice a year, when we are visited by an impartial auditor who verifies that we do what we promise with regard to raw materials, internal quality checks and general processes. We also have the widely recognised German technical approval for construction, issued by the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBT) to certify that our profiles may be used in the German construction industry. We also have a number of certified laboratories, which test everything from raw materials to finished products, as well as optimisations. Finally, we follow the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process when developing new products. This ensures a high level of quality and the best composite solutions.
You can watch this video to see how APQP works.
If you need more information about our work on certifications for structural profiles, you can download our design manual, where we discuss the requirements in greater detail. Find our design manual hereĀ

Fiberline's GRP profiles are low in weight. This makes them easier to work with and means that great weight savings can be achieved on the finished structure.
Fiberline Building Profiles give you the same great strength as steel, but at only a quarter of the density. It is also possible to make weight savings in comparison with aluminium, as the density is 30 % lower.
Our fibreglass profiles are resistant to aggressive chemicals, and liquids. This makes them ideal for wastewater treatment plants, swimming pools, cooling towers and construction, where there is a risk of corrosion.

Fiberline's GRP profiles provide electrical insulation and minimise the complexity of earthing. This makes our profiles a future-proof choice where the costs of both installation and future inspections can be reduced considerably.
GRP profiles are just as easy and fast to work with as timber. This means that solutions which incorporate our profiles can be installed easily on site or adjusted to fit existing components, such as piping systems, etc.
Fiberline's fibreglass profiles have a significantly lower heat distribution gradient than steel and aluminium, enabling energy-efficient end products.
Our GRP profiles have unrivalled durability and a long life, even in demanding conditions.
Fiberline's fibreglass profiles are produced using an energy-optimised process that takes the environment into consideration.
