Fibreglass gratings are suitable for use in aggressive environments such as offshore, in chemical industrial settings and cooling towers. All our FRP gratings are coated in a hard-wearing, anti-slip surface. This surface has no negative impact on the load-bearing capacity of the gratings, which makes them particularly well-suited to industrial purposes.

Stand your ground with moulded gratings

Fibreglass gratings are suitable for use in aggressive environments such as offshore, in chemical industrial settings and cooling towers. All our FRP gratings are coated in a hard-wearing, anti-slip surface. This surface has no negative impact on the load-bearing capacity of the gratings, which makes them particularly well-suited to industrial purposes.

Because all our moulded gratings provide a non-slip walking surface, it makes them the optimal solution for railway staircases and walkways, ensuring safe track access for the staff and during service. Safety along railways is naturally a high priority both concerning structures and staff. This means that companies installing solutions along the railway network must meet stringent documentation requirements that are easier to meet with our GFRP.

Choose strong and durable moulded grating

Our moulded gratings are as easy to work with as timber, without the need for any special tools or hot work. They can therefore easily be adapted to existing piping systems and other arrangements at the installation site. Their low weight also ensures that they are easy to work with – often without the need for any special machinery or cranes.

Fiberline offers a broad selection of accessories for moulded fibreglass gratings. We offer a wide range of various clips, clamps and other fittings for the mounting of moulded gratings so that you can easily get everything you need in one place. Take a look here https://fiberline.com/products/gratings/accessories-for-moulded-gratings/c-107/ or order our product samles box containing three different moulded gratings.

Fiberline's moulded gratings are corrosion-resistant and a durable alternative to steel or plastic gratings, for example. Our gratings also have an unrivalled weight-to-strength ratio, so they can be used to good advantage in places where there is a need for heavy loads.

Their low weight ensures that they are easy to handle during assembly. This also means that no special tools or hot work are needed. Other advantages of our frp moulded gratings include:

  • Chemical resistance
  • Electrical insulation
  • Minimal maintenance
  • Sustainability
  • Thermally insulating
  • CE marking

See all of our gratings here: https://fiberline.com/products/gratings/c-83/ and choose the right one for your workspace.
