Who sends the newsletter?

The newsletter is a service offered by Fiberline A/S (hereinafter referred to as Fiberline).

Fiberline may occasionally change these terms and conditions. If you continue to subscribe and receive our newsletters, this is considered as acceptance of the changed terms and conditions for Fiberline's newsletters.

Signing up

When signing up for our newsletter you are required to provide your name and email address. If you choose to provide other personal information, this information will also be recorded when you subscribe.

Use of your email address

When you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send newsletters containing information about our company, products, knowledge, inspiration, relevant offers, competitions, tips and hints, as well as other marketing materials.

Collection of information

We record information about your use of our newsletters, including whether they are opened, how long they are open and whether links are clicked on. The information we collect about the use of our newsletters is used to improve our service and to target and customise the content according to the interests of the recipients. If you click on links to our website, we also collect information about the use of our website. Furthermore, we use this information in anonymous form for statistical purposes.

Storing your information

Your information is stored and treated safely and confidentially. We and the suppliers we use have implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to protect your information from being misused, disclosed to unauthorised persons, destroyed accidentally or illegally, or lost or otherwise treated in violation of the personal data legislation.

We store your email address and other personal information for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletters.

Our newsletters are currently distributed by eMarketeer AB.

Unsubscribing

If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, we will delete your email address in our newsletter mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe newsletter" link which you can find at the bottom of all newsletters you receive from us.
However, any anonymous data for statistical purposes will not be deleted, as the data are anonymized in such a way that the anonymization cannot be removed.

As we have different types of newsletters, when you unsubscribe from one type you can continue to receive the other newsletters.

Corrections to information

If you have corrections to your contact information, you can update them at any time either be unsubscribing from the newsletter and then re-subscribing, or by contacting us at news@fiberline.com. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from our newsletter, cf. above
